Survey
Free No obligation Survey
During our free survey, we will measure your conservatory and ensure that the structure is sound. You will be asked to confirm that the roof does not leak or have any existing problems. We can give you an estimated verbal costing for the work before we leave, and we will follow it up with a written fixed price guarantee, valid for 2 months from survey date. If you are happy we will arrange an installation date.

Prepare & Protect
Prepare
Clear your conservatory
We ask that you clear your conservatory of furniture, pictures and blinds before the team can start. We can help you with this, if arranged in advance. We can offer help and advice during our survey.
Cover and sheet your interior
Leave this to us. We will protect your conservatory floor with removable film, and then hang polythene sheets on the inside windows and walls. The team are trained to clean up before they go and take all waste and rubbish with them. At the end of the work you will be asked to sign to say you are happy with the work and how our team have left the site.

Install
Fit the insulation & plasterboard
We fit laiths to the existing spars, and then use premium quality, thermally effective insulation and plasterboard. The insulation properties will help reduce heat loss in winter and prevent uncomfortable heat build-up in summer months, as well as reducing external sounds like rain noise. Once the ceiling is boarded out, we plaster to a smooth finish, follow the existing roof-line of your conservatory. Head height is reduced by, on average, 60mm only

Completion
Install or replace your lighting
We will replace existing lighting and ceiling fans as requested for no extra cost. If you want new lighting, we can talk about what is available during the initial survey.
